Her name is Meghan Tonjes. 

I've been following her for years!!  I just love this girl. She has an amazing voice and what makes her so awesome are her confidence and positive image. Known in the YouTube community mostly for putting up a weekly series on YouTube, called Request Tuesdays where she does covers upon her viewer's request. She is just amazing!!
