THE PLACE
What a cute spot. Le Vieux Vélo is a little place that serves only breakfast all day. Really simple restaurant - it's the kind of place (very vintage hipster) you want to go and spend your morning.
FOOD
If you like eggs benny, this place is like the Mecca. I already knew what to order before I even got in. Must try: the B.A.B (bacon, avocado, brie). This was probably the best eggs benedict I'd had to this date. Okay I usually order the traditional breakfast but seriously, they have so many eggs benedict options! And did I mention that's it's really well priced? Most of the benedicts were around $9.50, which is a steal in Montreal.
VERDICT
Really good. I went last week and yesterday morning. The wait is not too long. They take your name and send you to the café next door (Café Odessa), where you can order a coffee or tea until someone from Le Vieux Velo comes to get you.
